We are seeking an experienced, candidate‑focused Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full‑lifecycle recruitment, strengthen employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent. The successful candidate will combine strong sourcing and selection expertise, hands‑on ATS and recruitment operations experience, and the ability to consult with business leaders to deliver workforce solutions that support hiring goals, diversity, and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑lifecycle recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job profiles, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and acceptance processes.
Manage ATS and recruitment operations: Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system workflows, ensure data integrity, manage requisition lifecycle, and produce regular recruitment metrics and dashboards.
Sourcing and talent pipelining: Use diverse sourcing channels (direct sourcing, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and external agencies) to build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
Candidate experience & employer brand: Ensure a consistent, respectful, and timely candidate experience that reflects employer brand; advise on employer value proposition and support recruitment marketing activities.
Diversity, equity & inclusion: Partner with hiring teams to apply inclusive sourcing and selection practices, reduce bias, and support diverse slates and equitable hiring decisions.
Stakeholder partnership and consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, role design, compensation benchmarking (within approved frameworks), and time‑to‑fill strategies.
Interviewing and assessment: Design and implement structured interview guides, assessment tools, and selection criteria that align to role competencies and business needs.
Onboarding coordination: Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding, facilitate pre‑boarding activities, and monitor early‑hire engagement and retention indicators.
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, implement automation, improve quality of hire, and enhance recruiter and hiring manager workflows.
Compliance and reporting: Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies; prepare regular reporting on recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, source of hire, diversity metrics, pipeline velocity).
Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience managing full‑cycle recruiting in a fast‑paced environment; experience as an individual contributor or recruiter supporting multiple business units.
Proven experience with ATS platforms, resume screening tools, and recruitment CRM; strong comfort with data entry, reporting, and basic analytics.
Demonstrated success sourcing active and passive candidates using a mix of channels and techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence hiring managers at all levels.
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to candidate confidentiality and professional discretion.
Knowledge of employment law and best practices related to recruitment, background checks, and offer processes.
Preferred Qualifications - Domain & Tools
Experience supporting high‑volume hiring, campus recruitment, or technical/engineering hiring.
Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, hiring platforms).
Experience partnering on DE&I recruiting initiatives and tracking measurable outcomes.
Certification in recruiting or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn, or related credentials) and training in structured interviewing or assessment techniques.
Experience working in multi‑site or global recruiting contexts and managing cross‑functional intake processes.
