Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, people-focused, and results-driven Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and lead learning initiatives that build organizational capability and support business growth.
The successful candidate will drive training strategies, leadership development programs, and performance improvement initiatives, while ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
L&D Strategy & Program Development
Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce development needs.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
Design and deliver training programs across technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
Leadership Development & Talent Growth
Build and manage leadership development and succession planning programs.
Support career development frameworks and competency models across the organization.
Learning Delivery & Content
Oversee the creation of learning content (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs when required.
Performance & Effectiveness
Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and learning analytics (e.g., engagement, performance improvement, ROI).
Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data insights.
LMS & Learning Technology
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and accessibility of training programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
Support organizational change initiatives through targeted training and communication.
Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development roles.
Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Experience using LMS platforms and learning technologies.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness and use data to improve programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
Background in corporate, industrial, or large-scale environments.
Certifications in L&D (e.g., CIPD, ATD, instructional design certifications).
Experience in leadership development and succession planning programs.
