About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Senior Associate to support executive management in evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate investment transactions across Saudi Arabia and international markets.

This role is critical to driving investment decisions, portfolio growth, and delivering high-quality financial analysis across diverse asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Due Diligence

• Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence on real estate investments

• Analyze market trends, asset performance, and macroeconomic indicators (GCC & global markets)

• Develop feasibility studies and assess investment risk-return profiles

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Build advanced financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity & scenario analysis)

• Evaluate capital structures, debt strategies, and return metrics

• Model exit strategies (sale, refinance, recapitalization)

Transaction Execution & Structuring

• Support structuring of transactions including REITs, joint ventures, funds, and co-investments

• Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance) and external advisors

• Draft and manage NDAs, term sheets, and engagement documents

• Support transaction documentation (SPAs, JV agreements, etc.)

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

• Track asset performance and portfolio activities

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for management and investors

• Maintain deal pipeline and investment tracking systems

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 6–7 years of experience in real estate investment (Saudi Arabia / GCC preferred)

• Proven experience in financial modeling and investment analysis

• Strong background in transaction execution and investment documentation

Skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation expertise

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field

• Master’s degree is a plus

Certifications (Preferred)

• CCIM, RICS, or equivalent
